Return and cancellation policy

Skyxaronuogroz supplies facilitation services rather than physical goods. The following rules describe how to cancel, reschedule, or request fee adjustments in line with consumer and business norms.

Cooling-off for distance contracts

Where UK consumer regulations grant a statutory cooling-off period for services purchased at distance, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase unless you requested immediate performance and acknowledged that the right would be lost once the first session began.

Organisational bookings

Corporate or public-sector bookings are governed by the written statement of work. Unless that document specifies otherwise, cancellation with more than ten working days’ notice attracts no session fee for the cancelled date. Cancellations inside ten working days may incur up to fifty percent of the booked facilitator day to cover held capacity.

Weather or safety halts

If a session cannot proceed safely outdoors, we offer an indoor agenda of equal duration where facilities exist. If neither outdoor nor indoor delivery is possible, fees already allocated to that calendar block are credited toward a replacement date within sixty days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment route where technically possible, within fourteen days of written approval. Banking charges deducted by intermediaries are outside our control.

Digital materials

Downloadable route cards or facilitation notes are deemed delivered once emailed. Refunds apply only if files were corrupted and a replacement could not be supplied within five working days.
